1. About CryptoMeet

CryptoMeet is a peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace that facilitates in-person cryptocurrency-to-cash exchanges between users in Paris, France. CryptoMeet acts as a facilitator and escrow service provider, not as a financial institution, exchange, or custodian. By using CryptoMeet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. How CryptoMeet Works

CryptoMeet connects buyers and sellers of cryptocurrency for in-person cash exchanges. The process works as follows: 1. A seller creates an offer specifying the cryptocurrency, amount, and meeting location. 2. A buyer initiates a trade on the offer. 3. The seller deposits cryptocurrency into the CryptoMeet escrow wallet. 4. Both parties meet in person to exchange cash. 5. The seller confirms receipt of cash. 6. The buyer confirms and releases the cryptocurrency from escrow. CryptoMeet charges a 1% service fee on each completed trade.

5. Escrow Service

CryptoMeet provides a custodial escrow service to protect both parties during a trade. Cryptocurrency deposited into escrow is held in the CryptoMeet platform wallet until the trade is completed or a dispute is resolved. CryptoMeet is not responsible for losses due to user error, including but not limited to sending cryptocurrency to incorrect addresses or losing access to wallet credentials.

6. Disputes

If a dispute arises during a trade, either party may open a dispute through the trade room. CryptoMeet administrators will review the available evidence, including chat history, and make a determination on fund distribution. CryptoMeet's dispute resolution decisions are final. CryptoMeet reserves the right to deduct its service fee regardless of the dispute outcome.

8. Fees

CryptoMeet is not liable for: • Loss of cryptocurrency due to user error or negligence • Losses resulting from in-person meetings or interactions • Market value fluctuations of cryptocurrency • Service interruptions or technical failures • Third-party actions, including but not limited to blockchain network issues Users trade at their own risk.
